Chicken Monterey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    1 c. broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. grated Monterey cheese
    1 box Stove Top stuffing
Preparation
    Cook chicken, reserve 1 cup broth.
    Cut up chicken and layer in an 8 x 12-inch dish.
    Thin soup with broth and pour over chicken layer.
    Sprinkle cheese over chicken.
    Prepare stuffing mix per directions.
    Spread on top of cheese layer.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
