Mack Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pork chop
dill weed
rubed sage
olive oil
salt and pepper
white cooking wine
Preparation
-
Put 2 tablespoons olive oil in frying pan.
Sprinkle pork chop with dill weed, rubed sage, salt and pepper.
Place in pan.
Put 2 tablespoons wine on each pork chop.
Cook until brown.
Turn and repeat on other side.
