C And C Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cauliflower, cut into flowerets
    6 medium carrots, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower and carrots separately in salted water until slightly crunchy.
    Place in buttered casserole.
    Mix soup and milk; pour over veggies.
    Blend butter and crackers; sprinkle over top.
    Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
