Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. beef roast
    1 medium onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 can water
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour over roast.
    Bake, covered, 3 to 4 hours in a 350\u00b0 oven.
