Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
    2 c. rice, cooked
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1 c. oleo
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Place rice and broccoli in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Stir in half of the cheese.
    Melt butter in skillet (I use less than 1 cup).
    Add onion and celery; cook until tender.
    Stir in soup and milk.
    Season to taste.
    Pour sauce over broccoli-rice mixture; mix well.
    Top casserole with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
