Chicken Le Marie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
6 boned chicken breast fillets
1/2 c. sliced green onions
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, heated and drained
1 (4 oz.) pkg. chopped ham
Preparation

Combine crumbs and cheese.
Reserve half.
Dip chicken in crumbs and place in baking dish.
Cook onions and butter.
Blend flour and milk into onion mixture.
Cook until thick.
Stir spinach and ham into sauce mixture.
Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle bread crumbs and cheese you have reserved over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
