* Pea Casserole * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can peas, drained
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 cube oleo
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. coffee cream
Preparation
    Toss the peas, mushrooms, cheese and cracker crumbs lightly. Put into 1-quart casserole.
    Over this, pour the melted oleo and then the coffee cream.
    Bake slowly at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour.
