Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 apples, cored, peeled and sliced
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    9 handfuls uncooked oatmeal
    3/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Ahead of time mix
    apples,
    cornstarch and brown sugar. Separately\tmix
    oil,
    oatmeal
    and
    brown\tsugar.\tPut
    apple mixture in Dutch oven and
    cover with oatmeal topping mixture. Set on medium coals for 1 hour.
