Irish Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs or Egg Beaters
2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. canola oil
Preparation

Grease and flour tube pan. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl (use mixer if desired).
Make a well or hole in the center of dry ingredients. Add liquid ingredients. Mix well with a wooden spoon until all the mixture is good and moist. Bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to an hour.
