Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes
    1/2 c. milk
    1 onion, diced
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
Preparation
    Peel and cut up potatoes and cook in salted water until tender.
    Drain and add 1 stick oleo and milk.
    Whip.
    Add sour cream, onion, chives and cheese.
    Mix.
    Pour into Pam coated pan or dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes, uncovered.
