Scallop Casserole(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. scallops
    1 egg yolk, beaten
    1/2 c. light cream
    1/4 c. white wine
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients, except scallops.
    Pour over scallops.
