Lots Of Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. White Lily self-rising flour
    3/4 c. lard
    1/2 gal. buttermilk
Preparation
    Cut lard into flour until it resembles meal.
    (Use a large bowl.)
    Make a hole in the center of flour and pour in all the buttermilk.
    Mix well until all the flour in bowl is well mixed.
