Pecan Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. grated carrots
    2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Measure and sift together all dry ingredients.
    Blend in vegetable oil and eggs.
    Fold in grated carrots and chopped pecans. Pour in 2 cake pans.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in 360\u00b0 oven.
    Ice with simple confectioners sugar icing.
