Egg Nog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. golden rum
    1 qt. light cream (half and half)
    1 qt. French vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and foamy.
    Add sugar; beat until thickest.
    Add rum and cream.
    Add ice cream; do not mix.
    Chill 3 to 4 hours before serving.
    Mix melted ice cream.
