Chicken Amandine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. sliced almonds
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1 tsp. rosemary
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
6 chicken breasts
1 1/2 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation

In skillet, melt 1 1/2 tablespoons butter.
Add almonds and cook until brown.
Remove and set aside.
In flat dish, combine all seasonings.
Coat chicken in flour; pour over seasonings.
