Coconut-Orange Tartlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 egg
Preparation
    Measure flour, sugar and salt into bowl.
    Cut in butter thoroughly.
    Beat egg slightly; pour into flour mixture.
    Mix until flour is moistened.
    Gather into a ball.
    Wrap.
    Chill 4 hours or until firm.
