Linda'S Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 large potatoes
    1 small sour cream
    dash of pepper
    dash of salt
    5 green onions, cut into small pieces
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until almost done.
    Cool and peel.
    Grate and add sour cream, pepper, salt, green onions and butter.
    Mix, then add 1/2 of the cheese.
    Mix and top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
