Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can yellow cream-style corn
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. grated Longhorn cheese (10 oz. cheese makes 2 c.)
    3 jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Squeeze out excess juice.
    Mix and bake at 400\u00b0
    for 45 minutes or until brown.
