Chantilly Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. mashed potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
    2/3 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, butter, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Stir in all but 1/3 cup onions.
    Spoon mixture into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
