Fried Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1/2 c. oil
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. salt
    oil (for deep-frying)
Preparation
    Preheat oil. Combine 1/2 cup oil and egg; beat well. Add rest of ingredients and stir until well blended. Coat shrimp with batter. Fry for 60 seconds or until golden brown.
