Chicken Mushroom Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pieces chicken (breasts, legs, or thighs)
    1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick)
    3/4 c. canned mushrooms
    1 can mushroom or chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    pepper
Preparation
    Dredge chicken in seasoned flour.
    Melt butter in shallow baking dish.
    Arrange chicken in a single layer, skin side down. (Remove skin if you prefer.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven and turn skin side down; combine mushroom soup and sour cream.
    Pour over and continue to bake 40 minutes or until chicken is tender.
