Cottage Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. fat-free cottage cheese
1/2 c. nonfat yogurt
3 Tbsp. chopped chives
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
salt substitute to taste
Preparation

Blend all ingredients in the blender until smooth. Refrigerate at least 2 hours and serve with crudites.
