Chili Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 onions (minced)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 c. wheat germ
1 c. tomato juice
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine the first 6 ingredients with 1/4 c. of the tomato juice.
Shape into 18 balls.
Arrange in a 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish and pour over the remaining 3/4 c. of tomato juice.
Cover and bake 1 hour, adding more juice if necessary.
