Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chopped broccoli
    6 oz. cottage cheese
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 box Jiffy muffin mix
Preparation
    Thaw and drain broccoli.
    Mix together first 6 ingredients. Add muffin mix (always use Jiffy).
    Pour into well-greased pan or baking dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 25 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
