Crock-Pot Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    choice cut venison
    1 can beef broth
    1/2 stick butter
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    flour (optional)
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder to taste
Preparation
    Flour and season the roast with pepper, salt and garlic. Cook until tender.
