Curried Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1/2 c. diagonally sliced celery
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. grated onion
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. light cream
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
Preparation

In a large bowl, stir together chicken, celery, green pepper, walnuts and onion.
In small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, cream and vinegar.
Add to chicken and toss well.
Chill several hours before serving.
Serve on croissants!
