Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
1 (14 or 16 oz.) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped fine
1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
Preparation

In a bowl, combine sugar and oil.
Mix well.
Add remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate overnight.
