Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken (1 whole or 4 breasts)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 medium onion, chopped
3 or 4 Tbsp. margarine
small pkg. Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs
Preparation

Boil chicken until tender and remove from bones.
Tear into chunks.
Layer chicken in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Spread 1 can cream of chicken soup over chicken.
Microwave 1 medium onion in 3 or 4 tablespoons margarine for 5 minutes.
Mix onion with a small package of Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs.
Add this to top of chicken.
Pour 3 cups of broth over crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
