1 lb. ground beef
4 slices bacon, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 medium eggplant, peeled and cut into chunks
1 can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
