Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 large mushrooms
    lemon juice
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 garlic toes, minced
    paprika
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushrooms.
    Dip caps in lemon juice.
    Chop stems.
    In a small saucepan, place butter, 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice, onion, garlic, oregano, salt and mushroom stems.
    Cook 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add shredded Swiss cheese.
    Fill mushroom caps with mixture.
    Place in baking dish.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
