Pork Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 lb. pork (Boston butt shoulder)
2 lb. beef (ground)
2 1/2 Tbsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp. liquid smoke (Wright's hickory smoke)
Preparation

Grind pork and add ground beef and seasoning.
Stuff into casings.
