Super Beefy Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooked, drained beef
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divide usage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
1 (10 oz.) can mild enchilada sauce
12 corn tortillas
Preparation

Combine beef, 1/2 cup cheese and onions; set aside.
Combine soups and enchilada sauce.
Dip tortillas in hot oil and cook just a second to soften.
