Sweet-Sour Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Big head of cabbage
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. bacon grease
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Clean off and slice cabbage.
Boil in 1/2 pan of water about 15 minutes until tender; drain.
Fry onion in bacon grease until tender.
Add drained cabbage.
Stir in brown sugar and vinegar on low heat.
Add more brown sugar or vinegar according to your taste.
