Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 c. Minute rice
    3 carrots, chopped thin
    3 celery, chopped thin
    1 onion, chopped
    cabbage (small head), sliced thin
    2 cans tomato soup
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion.
    Drain.
    (I use a small roasting pan and cover which works really well.)
    Put in pan.
    Add the rest of the ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
    Stir a couple of times during baking.
    Stir before serving.
