Them Things - Debbra'S Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chopped pork loin
    5 long stem green onions
    1 whole garlic, crushed and minced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. mushrooms, chopped and minced
    5 Tbsp. white cooking sherry
    3 ginger slices, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    soy sauce to taste
    1 pkg. dumpling dough*
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together (except dumpling dough); place in the refrigerator for about 30 to 40 minutes. Place the dumpling dough circles out on the counter.
    Wet the dough with your finger.
    For each dough circle, spoon a teaspoon of refrigerated mix on the dough.
    Fold the dough together and pinch until it sticks.
    The dough package should have 36 dumplings.
