Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. grated onion
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    2 slices bread, cubed
    1/8 c. milk (enough to soak the bread cubes)
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 (20 oz.) bottle catsup
    1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly
    1/2 c. Burgundy (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together well the first 7 ingredients.
    Make into balls; brown lightly on all sides.
    Simmer, uncovered, in sauce made of the catsup, grape jelly and Burgundy (optional).
