Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pasta, cooked and drained
1/4 olive oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. mustard
1 onion, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped and not peeled
1 small jar pimento
1/2 c. chopped parsley
Preparation

Cook and drain pasta.
Pour olive oil over pasta.
Blend sugar, white vinegar, salt, garlic powder and mustard.
Mix and pour over pasta.
Add onion, cucumber, pimento and parsley. Will keep for 1 week.
