Oven Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breasts
    1/2 c. flour, paprika, shortening, salt and pepper
    1 c. rice
    1 c. consomme soup
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Coat chicken with seasoned flour; brown well in shortening. Combine rice with other ingredients.
    Place in shallow 2-quart baking dish.
    Top with chicken and cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid absorbed.
    Makes 4 servings.
