Grandmother'S Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. applesauce
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 Egg Beaters
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat together applesauce and sugars.
    Add Egg Beaters, milk and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Add to liquid ingredients.
    Stir.
    Add water.
    Stir until smooth.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
