Grandma Van Drie'S Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) loaf Velveeta cheese
    2 to 3 c. macaroni
    Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and celery; drain.
    Combine ground beef, onion, celery, tomatoes and tomato soup in Dutch oven. Slice Velveeta; lay on top of mixture.
    Simmer on stove for approximately 1 hour.
    Or, put in crock-pot for 5 to 8 hours on low.
    About 20 minutes before serving, boil macaroni; drain and mix with tomato-beef mixture.
    Serve with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
