Oriental Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded cabbage
1/4 c. sliced onion
4 oz. sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Ramen noodles (chicken flavored)
3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Crush Ramen noodles.
Place in a colander.
Pour 2 cups boiling water over noodles to soften slightly. Combine drained noodles, cabbage, onion and chestnuts in a large bowl.
