Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes
    1 small onion
    1 stalk celery
    1 carrot
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 or 3 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes.
    Grate onion, celery and carrot.
    Boil in a 3-quart saucepan with enough water to cover potatoes.
    While boiling, add parsley, salt and pepper.
    When potatoes are cooked, add milk, soup and butter.
    Simmer to blend flavors.
