Asparagus-Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. fresh asparagus*
    2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    dash of pepper
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    *Can substitute 10 ounces frozen cut asparagus, thawed for fresh asparagus.
