Ground Beef-Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head shredded cabbage
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 egg, beaten
    1 lb. cooked ground beef
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, cook cabbage in boiling water for 5 minutes.
    Drain, reserving liquid.
    Add butter, salt, rice, onion and egg to cabbage; mix thoroughly.
    Place layer of cabbage in casserole.
    Then a layer of ground beef.
    Repeat layers.
