Fluffy Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/4 c. canned pumpkin
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
3 eggs, partially beaten
Preparation

Blend sugar and spices.
Stir pumpkin and beaten eggs into sugar mixture. Add milk, stirring well.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Lower oven temperature to 350\u00b0.
Bake 20 minutes longer or until inserted knife comes out clean.
