Apple Muffins(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 c. peeled, finely chopped apple
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 2/3 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2/3 c. skim milk
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spray 12 muffin cups with cooking spray. Combine apple and honey.
    Set aside.
    Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in the center.
    Combine egg, milk and margarine.
    Add to dry ingredients; stir just until moistened. Stir in apple mixture.
    Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 minutes.
    Contains approximately 118 calories each.
