Jo Anne'S Peanut Butter Cup Heaven - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine, melted
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. flour
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. powdered sugar
    10 oz. Cool Whip
    1 small chocolate instant pudding
    1 small vanilla instant pudding
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 bag peanut butter cups (bite size), unwrap and cut into fours
    flour (enough to make it to paste)
Preparation
    Mix melted margarine and flour until a paste consistency. Pat on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes (or until lightly brown). Let cool.
