Chicken Rice Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice, cooked (3 c. cooked)
    1/4 c. pimento
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1/4 c. red pepper
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    3 c. diced chicken
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Alternate layers of rice, chicken, pimento, peppers and mushrooms, ending with rice.
    Brown bread crumbs in butter and spread over top. Thicken broth with flour and pour over all. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
