Walnut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Crisco
3/4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. finely chopped English or black walnuts
Preparation

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together into large bowl.
Add Crisco, milk, vanilla and eggs.
Beat for 2 minutes. Fold in walnuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool in pan on rack.
