Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. uncooked long grain rice
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 to 3 lb. chicken pieces
salt and pepper to taste
paprika
Preparation

Combine rice, broth, soup, 1/4 cup of water and onion.
Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Place on top of soup mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake another 30 minutes or until tender.
